We used it moderately for the past 4 years after getting it from a 2nd hand piano store, like 5-6 hours per week. The keys weight is light to medium. It hears bright but not as the Yamaha. It feels a good match for a beginner to medium learner who's still getting interest but would like a richer sound from a grand piano. The size is a baby grand and could be transported into smaller room when shorter corners are on the route. The price is listed without transportation and as is. It was tuned about 6 months ago has been kept at this interval for the past 4 years. It is also a good one if you don't plan to professionally play it or got familiar with electric keyboards. Pedals work well. It also comes with an old style bench.
