The mechanical action is incredibly smooth with absolutely no sticky keys or quirks. Aesthetically, it still has a gorgeous glossy finish, though in the interest of full transparency, there are a few small chipped spots on the exterior from normal use over the years.

It plays wonderfully, but like any acoustic piano, it will simply need a standard tuning from your technician once it is moved and acclimates to its new environment.
