This exceptional 1988 New York-built Steinway Model L (5'10½") is a Factory Selection instrument in ebonized satin finish, offered by the original family owner since purchase on October 7, 1989.
Provenance:
Purchased at a preferred customer preview event at Jordan Kitt's Music in the Washington DC area. Original invitation to the event and reservation card placed on this instrument when selected are retained. Piano bears the signature of Henry Z. Steinway, last family member to lead Steinway & Sons.
Condition:
Recently inspected and tuned by a Registered Piano Technician with Steinway factory training. Assessed as in great condition and plays wonderfully. Original unrestored soundboard in excellent condition with no cracks. Minor cosmetic wear including small nicks on body. Technician available to speak directly with prospective buyers upon request.
