Selling my Kawai ST-1 upright piano, purchased brand new in August 2023. It has been lightly used and kept in temperature-controlled storage.

The piano includes a Dampp-Chaser humidity control system, which helps protect the piano from humidity changes and keeps it more stable over time. It was tuned approximately every 4 months while in use, though it may be due for a tuning now since it has been in storage.
