Very Good Condition
Built mid to late 1925 (per the serial number)
It has been in the family since the 1950's; possibly earlier.
Original Mahogany finish
Original bench included.

Major overhaul/refurbish done in late 1988-89: including bellows, pins, key tops, lubrication, & tuning

It had been in an air conditioned & heated home environment most of the time. It was well cared for & maintained. In recent years it has been stored in a climate controlled piano storage facility.
It was last tuned some time before it went to storage.

It has a fairly good paper trail of service, plus some photograph history. Some pictures document the overhaul & it's overall condition.
