This is a Bond Upright piano manufacturer by Packard Piano Company in 1925 which was bought by Story and Clark. CaseHeicht, 4"8". Length 5" 3". Width, 1"-3", Double veneered, inside and out, with fancy mahogany, Highly polished.
Tuning Pins--Best obtain- able, All holes bushed with rock maple, to support pin.
Pressure Bar-Rolled steel-. milled.
WVfre-Tested to a tensile strength of 350,000 Ibs.per snuare: inch.
Empire ton, fnished to match case over pin block Full length Duet Music Swing Front, All trimmings brass,
Bass Sirings-Spun with- pure lake coprer.
PlateFull bronzed finish, Tron tested to 24,000 lbs, to square inch. Supported by heavy back frame containing quarter-sawed rock maple pin block thoroughly cross-bound.
Action-The Bond Artist Action is of the Standard Quick Repeating type. Brass flange. The celebrated imported L 0 bushing cloth used for all bush- inge.
Sounding Board-Selected Adirondack quarter-sawed spruce, 14. ribs. Bridge made up of eleven continuous lavers of rock maple.
Hummers--Are especially de- veloped for the Bond piano, Extra heavy and of very superior quality.
Keys Genuine ivory.
Special attention is paid to this most vital part of the piano.
Pedal Action-Patented noise- less, Pedals solid brass.
