Excellent condition, lovingly maintained. Outstanding sustain and sonic balance, remarkably responsive and capable of an enormous range of colors by modulating weight and attack. This instrument is endlessly fascinating and wonderful to play. I fully expected this would be my forever piano, but I must sell this because my wife and I are downsizing. Very fairly priced for a fast transaction. It's been cared for by a well known piano technician and rebuilder in Chicago, who can testify to its condition.
