We are the original owners and it has been tuned 2x year since we have owned it, with the exception of the last couple of years because it hasn’t been played. It was built in 2010 and purchased here in Colorado, it has never been moved out of state. Specifications and dimensions are in the pictures. We’re in Parker, CO and you must transport it. A couple of minor scratches as it has been played and loved for years. Consignment store said they would list it at $8000
