Purchased in 2016 for $9K for our two daughters who have now gone off to college. Had been tuned twice a year in spring and fall by the same person who restored the piano, Tali Mahanor. We were told it was a 1098 but it is actually a model 45 which has a more attractive case. In 2016 we were told by the piano instructor who worked with the piano restorer: "The insides were in very good condition, so they were adjusted but not replaced. The case was in bad shape so it's been completely refinished and looks brand new."
