A piece of history deserving of a discerning new owner! Acquired in the 1950's, and appears to have undergone a restoration at that time. Only one owner and one move since then. Original pinblock in good condition. Holds tuning well. The most obvious physical defect is some flaking of the walnut finish. Recent evaluation by a registered piano technician is available upon request. "In spite of physical defects, the piano actually retains its overall structural integrity and a rich, powerful tone. In this regard, I believe it would be well worth the cost of a professional rebuilding and refinishing. Even as is, with a little TLC it may continue to be serviceable for a few more years."
