I have purchased this piano in 2022 from the first owner of the piano. It was very rarely played but regularly tuned in its previous home. In this current home, it’s regularly played for about 1-2hr a day and had been regularly tuned every 6month. All the keys, hammers and strings are in meticulous condition.

I have also installed a QuiteTime silencer back in 2023 ($3000) value. All in proper working order
