Kimball baby grand piano. Model and serial number are in the pictures. Small scratches, but otherwise looks very good. Appraisal is between 3-5k, but with $500 in repairs needed to getting it up to its best performance. If you're worried about the repair costs going over $500, we can work something out. The pedals and their connection to the dampers are what needs to be fixed. I attached the paperwork from the appraiser, for reference. It is a very large piano, so you will likely need to hire movers.
