Both inside and outside, this piano is in perfect condition. It has been maintained and lovingly taken care. My home is kept at 50% humidity. The sound board and pin block are in perfect condition, and the felts are in great shape. It holds evenly. I bought this 40 years ago at Ostrovsky, the largest seller of Yamaha's in Manhattan. Minor ding on lid (from opening and closing) and small one on bench. Otherwise, case is perfect.
