Haines Brothers built a large selection of high-quality square grand pianos. The firm built their first upright piano in 1870 and their first grand pianos came along shortly after. In the early 20th Century, Haines Brothers added several successful lines of player pianos and reproducing player pianos to their line. Instruments by the firm were known for being high-quality, superior sounding instruments.

Piano is in great physical condition, I know nothing about pianos, but it sounds like it needs a tuning.
