This piano must have been refurbished when I purchased it in 1996. Since then it has had minor repairs and voicing. The sostenuto pedal is inoperational. I have tuned it faithfully once a year. It has not been heavily played due to work schedule. It has a light, quick action and a pleasing tone which is not too mellow and not too bright. This piano is perfect for novice and intermediate players. Due to transcontinental move, I must sell and downsize.
