The sound board is in excellent condition, uncracked. The cabinet is structurally excellent. The paint that has worn over the years is only in good shape. Rough water stain on the top lid. Dad had a potted plant on the lid. The cabinet finish needs work, I believe, black stain and carbon black varnishing in spots.

Made in NYC the first family to own the piano was in Dublin, Ireland, the Piggotts. Since 1947, the piano has been in my family. My father shipped the piano to Connecticut in the mid 1970s.

The piano was refurbished in 2001. The ivory keys are original. The piano was restrung. There has been routine tuning of the piano until 2 years ago. The recent photos show a beautiful piece of furniture. The sound is excellent. The modern bench is included.
