This 9' concert hall Mason & Hamlin piano was made in 1970 (model CC, serial number 1622). Ebony finish. It has been professionally maintained, and holds its tuning well. The hammers were replaced with Abel hammers 5 years ago. Overall excellent condition for performance. Slight sunning of exposed cover surface from prior (original) owner, not detracting. Our music room is humidity-controlled, and a Dampp Chaser was installed. Beautiful sound, sonorous bass. Wonderful for either a large room or a performance hall, such as a church or a school auditorium.
