Manufactured 1885 or 1886, based on estimated date of manufacture I received from Steinway. I believe this to be a Model “V”).

Piano has great tone quality (typical of these large "vintage" Steinway pianos).

Strings are in very good condition and hold their tune very well. Piano had been restrung in the not too distant past.

Action had been refurbished (with exception of new hammers).

All notes play well and function properly.

Pedals function properly.

Key tops are in good condition.

Minor cosmetic flaws and damage, mostly at the base of the front legs.
