William Knabe & Company made this custom rosewood grand (6’2” in length) in the original Baltimore plant. Knabe pianos are known for their sweet harmonious sound and beautiful craftsmanship. During the era, Knabe was the official grand piano of the original 1883 Metropolitan Opera House.

This Knabe was completely refurbished in Los Angeles California year 2000 by the owner and cherished by the same owner for the past 24 years. The rosewood cabinet, carved legs, hand painted interior, and detailed music rack is exquisite. Seat is included.

Ottawa Ontario veteran piano technician upon seeing the grand stated he had not seen such a beauty in a very long time! His notes; “Studio size grand piano in a beautiful rosewood cabinet. Functional and in good playing condition. Piano is tunable and has been restored by a professional piano technician.”

Once a piano is moved to a new location it must be tuned by a professional technician. Buyer is responsible for the cost of moving the piano to its new location, and it is advised that a professional piano mover is hired to move the piano.
