It has lived the majority of its life in a stable climate so there is no rust build up on any of the hardware, and no cracks in any of the essential wood components. All three of the pedals are in working condition, including the true sostenuto pedal. The dampers and felts are all in great condition, and the exterior has been well maintained. It is a wonderful piano that has been maintained with the most care.
