Great condition Steinway Model L, manufactured in 1954. It was rebuilt in 2020/21 and purchased from a showroom in 2021. The piano has the original Steinway soundboard with zero cracks, bridges are also in mint condition. Rebuild consists of new strings, pins, pin block, action, keytops, and refinishing of plate and case to factory quality.

Action is composed of Renner and Abel parts. Steinway currently owns Renner and uses their parts in all current production instruments, just with a Steinway label. Technicians prefer regulating Renner actions as the repetition spring is adjusted with a screw for a more-accurate adjustment.

Piano is owned by a piano performance grad student, and is maintained and tuned regularly, and kept at a steady ambient room humidity level.
