Single owner. This piano looks and plays like a new piano. It was purchased in 2003 by my elderly mother-in-law, who is no longer able to play. It was played only occasionally and has been well cared for, with regular tuning by a piano guild technician. It has always been kept at stable room temperature at her house near Seattle on Bainbridge Island, Washington, 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.
