Based on serial number, the estimate is the piano is a 1907 5' quarter grand model. Cabinet finish is in good condition, with a few minor scratches, and minimal fading. The pedal brace has a crack, but would be a simple and seamless repair.
We have had the piano since about 2010 as the 3rd owner, and the 2nd owner acquired it in the 20's or so.
We've had periodic servicing and tuning every few years (last was in 2022), a few of pins slip and need some mechanical work. Keys are are real ivory and are in good condition, and overall in original condition.
