The piano won't hold a tune as is, the pinblock is an issue. Action is bound up stiff and sluggish. Soundboard has a large crack in it, possibly meaning other parts of the soundboard are unglued or loose. Cosmetically it's in beautiful condition. The piano needs about 10k worth of internal repair for it to be a proper playing instrument. It is located at Hampshire Piano in Chesterfield.
