Has been in the family since new.
There are some blemishes on the wood but otherwise is in nice condition.
Originally owned by my mother’s aunt who was a concert pianist here in Winnipeg, playing such venues as the Orpheum Theatre. She played for all of the big events that came through town. She loved to entertain and the story that has been with the family since that time is that she had both Bob Hope and Jack Benny playing the piano (at separate times).
Tuned in Spring of 2022 and assessed recently by a professional piano technician who is open to providing further information, if requested. He reported that the action works quite well. The unit requires pitch raising to A440.
