The new owner will be responsible for arranging pickup and will also be responsible for paying the moving expenses.

A Gulbransen tall upright with bench. Keeps tune well, but has not tuned for 10 years. Former player piano; the player mechanism was removed to enable repair of other parts of the piano. This repair was done by a certified piano technician. Three of us had many years of lessons and practice on this piano, and now there are new obligations and no time to play it. We are also undergoing a remodel, and will have no place for it when the remodel is complete.

The piano is on the first floor, and will need to move down 4 outside steps to sidewalk / parking lot level. The piano is heavy (due to large sounding board); it took 3 movers to move it into my place. I recommend using professional piano movers.
