Our mother recently passed away and we need to sell her C. Bernstein, upright piano, 52’, year 1924 (SN: 120459).
None of us play, so we hope it finds a good home as it is a very nice antique and a greatly sounding and looking piano.
Its external condition is good and everything is functional. Its speaker has a very fine, small crack.
All parts, strings, tuning pins, dampers etc are original and no alterations or additions have been made.
It is tuned at 435 and the keys appear to hold the tuning, although they have slightly low resistance.
The mechanism is in good condition despite the piano’s age.
Great sound.
