It means that you pay us once the piano has been delivered to your home, set up, and you're satisfied. Otherwise, we will load it back up, and you owe us nothing. It's that simple. You might ask, do people actually send us packing? Rarely, but yes they do. Statistically, about 1 in 40. That equates out to about a 97.5% satisfaction ratio. It isn't perfect, but we are proud of our work, our products, and our customers who have placed their trust in us.

Second, we give you more information up front about the piano you're considering. Our listings will usually have at least 10 pictures, if not more. We include the serial number and age of our products as well. Most dealers hide these things from the consumer, possibly trying to get them to call or inquire. We don't.
