1926 Steinway & Sons Model L Grand Piano | Ebony - Vintage Restored -

Measuring approx. 5′ 10 1/2″ in length, the Steinway & Sons Model L Grand Piano was originally introduced in 1924. The Model L with its squared-off tail was designed to replace the same-size Model O which featured a rounded tail section. The cast iron plate and soundboard conform to the square tail providing additional soundboard space at the rear of the instrument when compared to its predecessor. The Model L/O Grand Pianos are the larger ‘baby’ style grand pianos built by Steinway and are among the most popular. These instruments are at home in both home and institutional environments. Fully restored, this vintage, golden-era piano is fully suited for either the amateur or professional musician.
