This fine Steinway grand was completely rebuilt 20 years ago by Faust Harrison pianos in Westchester, NY. It was refinished and received a new soundboard, pin block, strings, NY Steinway hammers, Renner shanks and reps, etc. There is little wear on the action parts. The case shows signs of being in a private home, yet looks very good.
In 2023 Flynn Pianos cleaned, polished, regulated and voiced the piano. It has a smooth, rich tone and excellent action. It is on the mellow end of the tonal spectrum. But it has plenty of clarity and volume for home use.
