PIANO APPRAISAL 8/12/22
Grotrian-Steinweig Upright Piano, Walnut, Serial # 99053, made in 1968.

This piano is in good condition. The soundboard is in very good condition. There are no cracks. The tuning pins are tight and the piano holds a tuning well. All the piano action parts are in good condition. The piano has some damage to the case and some veneer was replaced.

The Grotrian-Steinweg is considered to be one the best upright pianos made. These pianos are manufactured in Germany. A new Grotrian-Steinweg Upright in Walnut sells for approximately $23,000.

This piano, in its current condition, has an estimated value of $7,500. If the case damage was repaired the piano would be worth approximately $10,000.
