Extraordinary instrument in absolute mint condition, with Dampp Chaser humidifier; tuned twice a year since purchase; played a couple times a year for the past three years, but not broken in. This piano is like a brand-new piano. The sound of the bass on this piano is unbelievably full and rich. Guitar is my main instrument and I just don't have the time to play it as much as I thought I would and can't justify keeping it.
