It’s sound is impressive.

This piano is an original Mason & Hamlin built before the company was sold in the 1930s.

The piano’s inner workings were refurbished in 2002 by Charles Jackson, a Boston area Mason & Hamlin specialist. Mr. Jackson charged $12,000 for the rebuild. His report is available. A “Dampp-Chaser” humidifier system was subsequently installed. Despite not having been played for the past 5 years, it has been tuned annually. Accompanying the piano will be an excellent padded storage bench.

The pricing reflects the fact that the exterior has not been refinished leaving any refinishing choices to you.
