Overall, this piano is in very good condition. The soundboard and bridges are perfect with no splits or cracks. The hammers are in excellent condition showing low wear. The cabinet is in good condition showing normal wear for its age. There is no missing veneer and no serious damage. The 45" height of this piano allows for longer string length and a larger soundboard than what you would find in a small spinet or console piano. This allows the piano to produce better tone.
