A nice glossy black Bechstein Model B grand piano. This piano is in excellent condition, and was rebuilt, I believe, sometime after 1975. The dealer decal on the fallboard indicates it was sold by Jacques Samuel, still today the Bechstein dealer in London. The restoration apparently included new strings, tuning pins, hammers. Original key tops are white and look nice. Hammers and other felts are also nearly perfect, and show little wear. No rust or insect damage. Plate, bridges, soundboard and pin block all are excellent. The piano is tuned to A440 and should hold a tuning well. The lacquer finish has normal patina with no fading or damage. Keys all play well with no sluggish or sticking notes.
