Soundboard, plate, and piano refinished in 2005 by our local experts at Schmitt music (detailed verification available). At that time, they also did the following: New keytops, key bushings, hammers, hammershanks, dampers. Action (with new parts) fully regulated. Piano restrung with new piano wire and bass strings.
We’ve been meticulous in keeping up with twice-a-year tunings and housing the piano in an ideal location away from direct sunlight or any major temperature or humidity changes. Our technician verified that it is in perfect shape and will need nothing for maintenance other than regular tunings.
