This is a Baldwin spinet piano that, based on the serial number, is believed to have been built from 1950-1955.
The piano is in good condition for its age and has been kept in a climate-controlled environment for its entire existence. The piano has been in our possession for the past 7-8 years and has been rarely played in that time. The last known tuning of the instrument was in 2002 based on the technician's card that's contained within the cabinet.
The physical dimensions are 58" wide x 25" deep x 36" high. Sale includes the piano bench as well as a random assortment of sheet music contained within.
