1913 Mason Hamlin AA piano, serial number 22210. Partially rebuilt around around 15 years ago with new hammers, whippens and shanks. Originally, a southern California piano. I'm the second owner. Has been maintained by a top technician, and has had climate control used since its time in Minnesota. Comes with standard bench. A Dampp Chaser climate control system is included with purchase. Moving is the responsibility of the buyer. Back in the day, Mason Hamlin was a serious rival of Steinway, and their instruments offer a large, warm sound.
