I have played this piano daily for the last 30 years. Been a great friend. Was so lucky when I found it. It is a DuoArt so originally a player piano. Those parts are gone. Cabinet is 6'2" built on a Steinway M (5'7"). I had all the lower strings replaced and the action worked on. It has been tuned several times a year and been in a humidity-controlled space. Cabinet is missing a few small veneer pieces. A few ivories have been broken, but they are all there and playable. See photos for details. It was played by Benjamin Grosvenor and Jonathan Bliss when they were in Portland rehearsing for concerts. I have a new piano coming in early June so will need a new home for this one then. For someone wanting a big fat Steinway sound for reasonable price, come and try this.
