This is a high quality black satin performance piano with Kawai's Millennium III action. Serial # 2572516. The Millennium 3 action was added to the RX-2 line after 2005. The RX series line of pianos won the prestigious "Acoustic Piano Line of the Year" award in 2005, 2006, and 2007 and was the predecessor to the Shigeru line of Kawais.. I am the original owner with the keys, and warranty card/ pamphlets that came with the piano. Outstanding condition kept in conditioned room immaculately maintained. Twice a year tuning. This particular RX-2*** has an exquisite, rich, and beautiful tone- a praise I have heard repeated from 3 of the best tuners in the Tampa area as well as a former professional concert pianist who has played it. The piano comes in Kawai's hand rubbed semi-gloss finish which gives it a beautiful understated elegance. Throughout it's ownership the piano was played with the lid closed and there is no dust or tarnishing in the interior of the piano. The reason I am selling it is because I am taking ownership of a hand-built, investment quality Shigeru Kawai, but you will not be disappointed by this piano. It is an absolutely gorgeous piano.
