Single owner since original purchase in 1997. It comes with a soft close keyboard lid and the original bench is also included. Was expertly tuned in April 2019 and has been regularly tuned and kept in excellent condition since its purchase in 1997. This piano was also appraised in April 2019. We are selling because we don't want to take it with us when we move. I have all the original paperwork, receipts, registration card and other information it came with.
