Bought it in 2016 from a local Piano store (Pianos n Pianos in Littleton, CO) for $7275 and it has been kept in our humidified house.
Barely used as we recently had 2 babies.
Made by Kawai (it is the Japanese version).
Tuned faithfully every 6 months by local certified tuner recommended by Piano store. Rarely has to make many adjustments.
Plays beautifully per my wife and our tuner who are classically trained with a deep sound that travels very nicely throughout our house. No issues with any of the keys or pedals.
We have to move out of town quickly and won't have room for this beauty in our new place.
