This piano has been stored in a garage under a tarp for the last 20 plus years. Prior to that it was inside a house in Denver. Piano has been in the Denver area since the early 1960's. Prior to storing, the piano was in tune, playable and in good condition.

A piano rebuilder has inspected this piano and highly recommends it. The following is his description:

Knabe Queen Ann style 7'8' grand, case very good condition all original, needs some rebuilding. Fully modern action and pedals. All three pedals working well. Design uses 3 bridges, one for the triple wound strings - which have a very good sound right now. Upper treble octaves still strong.

Piano is currently in the Milliken, Colorado area and will need to be picked up there.
