Both my sons learned on this piano, and I was told soon after that my older son (now a professional classical pianist) needed a grand piano. So piano nearly retired within its first year of use and effectively new and has lived in very mild weather.
Great feature of Midi box so can use speakers for volume or headphones for quiet (great for late night or small apartment practice), both of which produce perfectly in-tune grand-piano sounds that do change with forte or pianissimo playing or pedal use. Acoustic mode does need tuning as with any piano.
I can find no scratches or marks on the piano. Bench opens for storage; all original paperwork and receipt are there.
Was $6600 new; one owner, moved once, made in Japan. We now have 3 pianos and no reason to keep them all.
