This piano was a wedding gift to to my mother and was purchased new in 1949. It has been in our family the entire time. It sounds wonderful and is a handsome piece of furniture to boot! It's been appraised at $1,200 and up. The pads have been replaced and there is one key (low E) that sticks - an easy fix when you tune it. We're located in Brookhaven, GA a close-in suburb of Atlanta.
