Details regarding piano's current condition: piano was restored previously. Renner parts for hammers, hammer shanks and flanges were used in place of Steinway parts. The wippens (main action component) are original and teflon -bushed which was used at the time by Steinway. The cabinet although attractive has light fading, a visible crack in the top and some finish degradation. The bench is not original to the piano. #3 tuning pins used rather than #2 standard size. The backcheck cloth is worn. Downbearing not even at strings to bridge relationship.
