Pinblock torque is very good. No slipping pins.
Pitch has been very well stabilized and holding steady at A=440. No pitch correction is needed.
No wild unisions. Normal amount of pitch variance on tricords.
Pins are in good condition. Not stripped. Good fit to tuning hammer.
Coil clearance is normal for a console.
No chemical doping.
No cracking or delamination.

STRINGS
No string rust.
All strings present.
All new strings.
Bass strings are in perfect condition.

BRIDGES
Bass bridge bearing is seated well and 100% intact.
No cracking.
All bridges are firmly attached throughout.
Treble bridge bearing is seated well and 100% intact.
Upper bearing points are normal.

STRUCTURE
Plate is 100% intact and solid.
No cracks or delamination anywhere.
Legs are 100% intact and solid.
Casters are all present.
Lid hinges are 100% functional.

SOUNDBOARD
No buzzing.
No cracks.
No shims.
Perimeter is firmly attached.
Soundboard has good crown.
Melody octave has good sustain.

ACTION
All 88 keys play.
Spacing and alignment of action is excellent.
All parts are intact.
Felt is in good condition.
Bridle straps are in good condition.
No keys are sticking or sluggish.
All keys are squared off properly.
All keytops are 100% intact.
Normal amount of key wiggle.
Hammers are not very worn. Very good condition.
Staccato notes have excellent response.
Damper pedal functions 100%.
All notes have excellent repetition response.
Pianissimo response is very good.
Lost motion is not excessive.
Letoff is normal.
Hammer checking is normal.
Hammer position in relation to hammer rest rail is normal. Hammer rest rail felt is intact.
Damper pedal functions 100% evenly.
Key height is 100% even.

PEDALS
Middle pedal is bass sustain type.
Left pedal is soft pedal, functions 100%
This piano does not have a lost motion compensator function.
Pedals are in excellent condition.
