Built in 1913. Cabinet in very good condition. Tuned 12/5/18. Following is evaluation of piano condition by the technician: "Needs rebuilding, new hammer, soundboard work, action reconditioning. However, strings are up to pitch & can hold a good tuning, bass strings in lowest octave are "tubby". Value as is $4000, total rebuild would cost $25-$30,000, value after would be $45-$50,000".
