1962 Steinway M in excellent condition. The piano is tuned regularly. We had a Steinway technician look at the piano a 2 months ago and he said it's in excellent shape and nothing needs to be done. Appraisal was done twice to ensure fair valuation. At 5'7", it is a perfect size for a home. This is a gorgeous piano that plays and sounds beautifully. Our kids are out of the house and we are downsizing so it is time to let it go. This beautiful piano deserves to be played and enjoyed.
