Well maintained in one home for 5 decades. Recently refurbished. Professional Appraisal: "Steinway is in very good condition. Action, newer hammers and dampers are all in excellent shape and mechanically sound. This results in action with an excellent response and a piano with an overall even, full tone quality. Ivory keyboard is in beautiful shape. The tuning pins are very tight and it will easily hold a good tuning." We find the sound rich, clear and bright and professional musicians do love playing this piano!
